Privacy Policy
Effective date: 12 October 2026
This policy explains how Jasava ("we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects the personal data of people who visit jasava.co, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").
It covers this website only. Our apps (JaFin, JaPDF, JaSales) and our product JaWork have their own privacy policies.
1. Who we are
Jasava, Bang Yai, Nonthaburi 11140, Thailand, is the data controller for personal data collected on this website. You can reach us at contactme@jasava.co or +66 61 625 6195.
2. What we collect
- Contact form: your name, company name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in, your message, and your acceptance of this policy.
- Campaign details from the link that brought you to the site (utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign), sent together with the form.
- If you accept analytics cookies, usage data collected by Google Analytics: pages viewed, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, how you arrived, and clicks on buttons and links. We never send your name, email address, phone number or message to Google Analytics.
- Technical data handled by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, time of request and the page requested.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as health, religion or biometric data. Please do not include it in your message.
3. Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, prepare a proposal or quotation. This is a step you ask us to take before a possible contract, and it is in our legitimate interest to answer business enquiries.
- To understand how the website is used and which posts or campaigns bring visitors, so we can improve it. We do this with Google Analytics only if you consent (see section 4).
- To keep the website secure and working. This is our legitimate interest.
- To comply with the law when it requires us to keep or disclose information.
We do not sell personal data, we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask, and we do not make automated decisions about you.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
The website does not need cookies to work. Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_<ID>, lasting up to two years) are set only if you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you choose Decline, Google Analytics is not loaded at all.
We remember your choice in your browser's local storage for up to 12 months, then ask again. You can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page; withdrawing consent removes the Google Analytics cookies. The site also keeps campaign details (utm_ values) in your browser's session storage until you close the tab.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that process it for us, and only as much as they need:
- Web3Forms, which delivers contact-form messages to our email.
- Our email provider, where we read and answer your message.
- Google, for Google Analytics.
- Amazon Web Services, which hosts the website.
We may also disclose personal data when the law or a competent authority requires it.
6. Transfers outside Thailand
These providers may store or process data outside Thailand, for example in Singapore, the United States or the European Union. We use established providers that protect personal data under their own terms and safeguards, and we take steps so that these transfers meet the requirements of the PDPA.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and related emails: up to two years after our last contact. If an enquiry leads to a contract, we keep what the contract and accounting or tax law require.
- Google Analytics data: no longer than 14 months, after which Google deletes it automatically.
- Hosting data: only as long as needed to operate and secure the site.
When the period ends we delete the data or make it anonymous.
8. How we protect it
The website is served only over HTTPS. Access to enquiries is limited to the people at Jasava who need it to reply, and we choose providers that apply recognised security controls.
9. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to:
- access your personal data and get a copy of it;
- ask us to send it to you or to another organisation in a commonly used format;
- object to our use of it;
- ask us to delete it or make it anonymous;
- ask us to restrict its use;
- ask us to correct it or keep it up to date;
- withdraw consent where we rely on consent, without affecting what was done before.
To use any of these rights, email contactme@jasava.co. We will reply within 30 days. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (https://www.pdpc.or.th).
10. Children
This website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children. If you are under 20, please ask a parent or guardian before sending us your details.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
